It’s been a hectic couple of months here at Boogalgopal – nothing new ! Foals have been born in the winter mist, our clients have been impressed with the paddock reared bulls on offer, new fencelines and new yards have been bulit and Tex is back on deck after a spill from a horse that left him with a broken collar bone and a few broken ribs.
We have the big fires behind us and the grass is now turning from winter gold to Spring green! Our A I programme is currently underway and the bulls have been returned to the breeder paddocks for the breeding season. For all those who do not follow us on Facebook, we have  a few photos below taken over the past two months.

Towards the end of winter, we decided to make the move to rebuild the yards and double deck ramp at our Glenleigh Bull Depot. The whole rebuild took three VERY solid weeks to get ready for bull testing and selling to recommence.
First posts are erected on a freshly levelled pad.

In early October ,it was a long week of patrolling major fires on our boundaries – the glow could be seen for some days

Recent rain was a welcome sight …. 2 inches in a few scattered falls has started to amke a difference. The water flows from the tank at the Artificial Insemination shed at the home yards
